RENTAL CONDITIONS :
– Children are welcome
– Pets not allowed
– A cooking lady is available in the villa. – on request –
– Languges spoken by the stuff of the house : English – French – Spanish
– check-in 4 pm , Check-out 11 am .
BOOKING CONDITIONS :
– Deposit after booking 50% .
– 2nd payment 10 days befor the arrival.
– Settlement method accepted : Transfert ( Cash exceptional ) .
CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES : ( flexible even the conditions )
– Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.
– The cancellation conditions apply with reference to the local time of the house
– Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival: No refund . ( no show of the client in the booking date no refund ).
